Hi! My name is Paul and I have actually been running my Personal Trainnig practice for almost 28 years now. I specialise in helping Women regain their confidence through my training programs. As well as calling on my my experience as a trainer, I am also a very experienced martial artist and NLP therapist, and I have all the skills and resources in place, to really help you move forward. This program has a great track record and is already very popular amongst a lot of women of Liverpool
You will get full access to all my Women only, and adult Boxing classes, which are fantastic, helping you with fitness, weight loss and overall enjoyment. The classes are held at my private studio, and class times are:
Monday: 6.30pm - Women only Boxing. 7.50pm - Adult Boxing
Tuesday: 6.00am - Adult Boxing. 6.00pm Women only Weight training. 7.50pm - Adult Boxing
Wednesday: 6.30pm - Women only Boxing. 7.50pm - Adult Boxing
Thursday: 6.00am - Adult Boxing. 6pm Women only Weight training
Saturday: 10.00am - Adult Boxing

Whatever your goals are, its absolutely essential that you have accountability in place. Each week, I post up this accountability form within my faceboook group. Clients fill it in and report back to me, and let me know the good and bad points of the week, and if they need any help with anything. This helps them stay on track

But we make it easy for you with our systemised nutrition process that will show you exactly what to eat and when, without having to starve yourself, skip meals or just eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You get 2 diet plans while you are on the program, so I'll explain what each one does, when you get started
It's very common in the fitness industry for people to join a gym or health club and receive zero accountability. You simple get given a membership card and you're told to get on with it. We do things a bit differently and with a smile.
