Being self-conscious about how I look, attending group classes was outside my comfort zone, but at the time, I needed an excuse to leave work on time and do something for me, to help de-stress and maintain my physical and mental wellbeing.


Paul and his team are approachable, friendly and live to motivate and enhance people's quality of life through various classes and coaching. I was new to boxing, but loved feeling energised afterwards and learning something new. By far one of the best decisions I've made in a while was joining these boxing classes with Paul's crew in Garston. At the time, heading into winter, I knew I didn't want to spend the dark nights sitting on the couch watching telly and wanted to find some kind of exercise I actually enjoyed. This is it! Don't get me wrong, I still have to talk myself into going, I'm not an exercise lover! But the second I get there I forget all that and actually work harder than I ever have but also have an absolute laugh too. Who knew the two could together!? Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit before I start?

The program/ challenge is for women who lead, or have lead, a sedentary lifestyle for a period. During the first couple of sessions , you will work to a pace you are comfortable with, while we work on a foundation and asses where your fitness level is currently at.

What equipment do I need?

All equipment is provided.

What should I wear?

Wear something you are comfortable in and bring a drink ( bottles of water are provided ). If possible, please bring a spare pair of trainers, as the floor is matted, otherwise it’s not essential.

I can only do 1 to 2 sessions a week, is this a problem?

Even if you do 1 to 2 sessions a week, providing you fill in the Accountability form each week, and allow me to coach you in between, you will still get the results the program/ challenge guaranteed.
