Kids Boxing Fundamentals Program

Our Kids Boxing Fundamentals Program is the perfect way to introduce children to the world of boxing while making fitness fun, structured, and goal-oriented.

This program doesn’t just teach kids how to box—it helps them build confidence, improve fitness, and develop life skills they’ll carry beyond the studio.

What the Program Includes

Each child begins with our Level 1 Program, where they learn:

  • 3 focus pad combinations
  • 5 punch bag combinations
  • Shadow boxing drills
  • Head movement
  • Strength & conditioning basics

Through these sessions, students become familiar with stance and guard, striking, footwork, and the strength exercises that boost overall development and fitness.

Progression Through Levels

Level 1: Boxing foundations (approx. 4 months to complete)
Level 2: New pad & bag combinations, footwork drills, heavier resistance training
Level 3: Defensive skills, light body sparring, and more advanced techniques

At the end of each level, students take an exam to demonstrate what they’ve learned. On passing, they receive a certificate and trophy before moving to the next stage.

Kids Apprenticeship Scheme

Once a student completes Level 3, some will be invited to join our Kids Apprenticeship Scheme.

This unique opportunity allows them to work in the studio, helping younger and beginner students. It’s paid work and teaches the value of responsibility, teamwork, and earning money.
